About the role

  • Own New Business Growth: Prospect, pursue, and win new business through targeted outbound sales and business development (“hunting”) activities
  • Set and achieve ambitious short- and long-term sales goals
  • Design and Close Strategic Deals: Conduct deep needs assessments to understand client operations, risks, and opportunities.
  • Analyze trade dynamics and prepare competitive, compliant quotes
  • Expand and Deepen Client Relationships: Retain and grow existing accounts by identifying expansion opportunities

Requirements

  • Five (5) or more years of relevant industry experience
  • Prior experience in international trade, logistics, or customs brokerage preferred
