About the role
- Answer the incoming calls, emails and requests from members in a friendly, professional manner
- Understand their needs, explain product value, and support them through various processes
- Manage cases from intake to resolution, in a timely manner
- Investigate and resolve escalated issues efficiently
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth fulfilment
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
- Support member onboarding and offboarding activities
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a fast‑paced, high‑volume customer or member service environment
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (including Excel)
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
- A proactive mindset with a passion for supporting people
- Attention to detail, resourcefulness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
