About the role

  • Answer the incoming calls, emails and requests from members in a friendly, professional manner
  • Understand their needs, explain product value, and support them through various processes
  • Manage cases from intake to resolution, in a timely manner
  • Investigate and resolve escalated issues efficiently
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth fulfilment
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives
  • Support member onboarding and offboarding activities

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a fast‑paced, high‑volume customer or member service environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (including Excel)
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for supporting people
  • Attention to detail, resourcefulness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
