💰 ₱90,000 - ₱100,000 per month
About the role
- Be the face of our content – Script, film, and present short- and long-form videos on YouTube, Vimeo, and social platforms.
- Own the video strategy – Manage the entire approach from ideation to publishing, with freedom to test and innovate.
- Educate & inspire – Create videos on Google Ads and nonprofit marketing topics (we’ll train you on the subject matter).
- Grow our audience – Build a consistent, engaged community of nonprofit leaders who see Getting Attention as the go-to resource.
- Produce with flair – Edit high-quality, polished videos using tools like DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro, with AI tools available to support where helpful.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of professional video experience, with a strong portfolio.
- On-camera confidence and a personable, engaging style.
- Native-level spoken and written English.
- Proven success leading and executing video strategy, not just production.
- Skilled with YouTube, Vimeo, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and editing software (DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro).
- Experience scripting and storyboarding a plus.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn about the nonprofit world.
- Graduates from the top universities (UP, DLSU, Ateneo, UST) with a high GWA (preferred).
