Full-stack Engineer

• You'll work closely cross functionally to understand customer needs, taking ideas from concept all the way through to deployment
• You'll enjoy a lot of ownership and freedom, navigating a fast-moving environment where things aren't always clearly defined
• Build and maintain user-facing products across the stack. Today that means React, Remix, and TypeScript on the frontend, and Golang on the backend, but you'll work fluidly across both
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and other engineers to ship high-quality features fast, using AI tools as leverage in your day to day development
• Help define new engineering practices for an AI-native development environment

Lead Software Engineer

General Counsel

• Own all legal matters across corporate, commercial, IP, employment, data, product, and fundraising
• Drive and support geographic expansion, including navigating legal and regulatory requirements in new markets
• Lead and negotiate high-value commercial partnerships, customer and supplier contracts
• Advise the CEO and leadership team on legal risk as we launch new products and enter new markets
• Manage external counsel relationships and budgets with rigour and commercial discipline
• Build scalable legal infrastructure: templates, processes, playbooks, and training

Legal and Compliance Director

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including supplier agreements, partnership contracts, and customer terms
• Advise business teams on contractual risk and help them make informed decisions quickly
• Maintain and improve GetGround's contract templates, playbooks, and standard terms
• Support the management of external counsel on matters requiring specialist input
• Provide legal input on new product features, customer journeys, and platform changes
• Advise on FCA regulatory requirements as they apply to GetGround's products and services

Senior Legal Counsel

Compliance

• Own the delivery of GetGround's compliance monitoring programme, including reviews, testing, and reporting
• Develop and manage a high-performing compliance and risk team as GetGround scales
• Maintain and update compliance policies, procedures, and controls as regulations evolve
• Support the management of regulatory relationships, including FCA interactions and reporting
• Track regulatory developments and translate them into clear, actionable guidance for the business
• Assist with the preparation of board and senior leadership compliance reporting
• Support the identification, assessment, and monitoring of operational and regulatory risks across the business
• Maintain the risk register and assist with preparing risk reporting for senior leadership
• Work with teams across the business to ensure risk considerations are embedded into day-to-day decisions
• Help develop and maintain risk policies and frameworks as the business grows
• Support the MLRO with day-to-day AML and financial crime operations, including transaction monitoring and sanctions screening
• Conduct and review KYC processes, escalating complex cases as appropriate
• Assist with SAR filing processes and maintain accurate financial crime records
• Help ensure GetGround's financial crime controls remain fit for purpose as the business grows
• Work with Product and Engineering teams to review new features and products for compliance implications

• Chair or contribute to risk committees, presenting a clear view of the risk landscape and mitigation status to leadership and the board
• Build out incident and issue management processes, ensuring risks that crystallise are captured, escalated, and remediated appropriately
• Own the AML and financial crime framework, including transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, and KYC processes
• Oversee SAR filings and manage relationships with the NCA and other relevant bodies
• Ensure GetGround's financial crime controls scale appropriately as the business grows
