• Je bouwt en professionaliseert het contractbeheer en ondersteunt het accountmanagement
• Je richt processen en werkwijzen in om de dienstverlening richting klanten verder te verbeteren
• Je werkt nauw samen met accountmanagement en de directeur van GETEC Park Emmen
• Je draagt de verantwoordelijkheid voor de exploitatie van Project Den Doelder
• Je stelt onderhouds- en beheerplannen op en zorgt voor borging binnen de organisatie
• Je begeleidt projecten met partners zoals Kelvin, Ten Brinke en C-Energy (België)
• Je richt je op de exploitatie van WKO-systemen en energievoorzieningen voor afnemers
• Je draagt bij aan het ontwikkelen van duurzame, langjarige exploitatiecontracten
• Je werkt nauw samen met assetmanagement

Customer Support

• Processing and resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and issues related to energy billing
• Communicating with other departments across the company to resolve customer complaints
• Proactively engaging with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
• Identifying trends within the customer portfolio to improve customer service

Customer Service Manager

• Lead and develop a decentralized team
• Monitor, analyze and assess the receivables portfolio
• Identify risks and initiate appropriate measures
• Negotiate and agree individual installment and payment deferral plans with customers
• Manage and oversee court dunning and enforcement proceedings
• Manage contract terminations and consistently enforce legitimate claims
• Communicate with customers by phone and in writing about outstanding items
• Clarify complex matters with internal specialist departments
