Customer Service Manager

Key responsibilities & impact- Processing and resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and issues related to energy billing
- Communicating with other departments across the company to resolve customer complaints
- Proactively engaging with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identifying trends within the customer portfolio to improve customer service
Requirements
What you’ll need- Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent degree
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles
- Excellent communication skills
- Hands-on mentality and solution-oriented mindset
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel; experience with Navision is an advantage
- Business-fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
