About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Processing and resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and issues related to energy billing
  • Communicating with other departments across the company to resolve customer complaints
  • Proactively engaging with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identifying trends within the customer portfolio to improve customer service

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent degree
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Hands-on mentality and solution-oriented mindset
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel; experience with Navision is an advantage
  • Business-fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
