About the role
- Responsible for the operation and results of multiple shops, work locations and markets within a designated area.
- Manage the activities of all business units within the designated areas or locations through active coordination with the fulfillment group at all times.
- Ensure staff are following company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Recognize and document exceptional and substandard performance.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by coaching staff and resolve customer concerns as required.
- Responsible for profitability of all areas and/or locations managed.
- Review all financial and performance reports.
- Partner with the General Manager and/or Market Manager to recruit, interview and hire new staff.
- Train new hires in regards to company policy and procedures.
- Promote safe, clean working conditions, review ERS audits and safety records of their locations.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years auto glass industry
- Minimum of three years of management experience with a strong focus in Operations, Sales and Marketing.
- Ability to read and understand financial statements.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Time Management, Organizational Skills, Customer/Client Focus and Initiative.
- Communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to motivate others utilizing effective coaching tools and management skills.
- Self starter, driven by incentives, a proven track record of success.
