Accounting Manager

• Maintain and update the fixed asset register, ensuring all additions, disposals, and transfers are accurately recorded
• Perform monthly reconciliations of fixed asset accounts to the general ledger
• Prepare and review depreciation schedules and ensure timely posting of depreciation entries
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements by providing detailed fixed asset reports
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper capitalization of assets and adherence to capitalization policies
• Conduct periodic physical verification of fixed assets and reconcile discrepancies
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations related to fixed assets
