Support a fast-paced Talent Acquisition department with all interview scheduling and by providing a seamless candidate experience from start to finish
Build trusting relationships with managers, interviewers, recruiters and HRBP’s to collaborate and drive performance
Run point on all onboarding tasks and questions for new hires; including but not limited to: background check management and US I-9 verification paperwork
Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and optimizing scheduling efficiency
Quality checks offer documentation to remove errors, ensure consistency and comply with location specific laws and regulations
Requirements
College graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Psychology, Human Resources or any related course
At least 2 years of experience in recruitment coordination or project coordination, experience in high-growth / fast paced environments
Clear and concise verbal and written communication in English
Strong organizational and time management skills
Experience with Workday as an ATS
Scheduling tool experience
Ability to pick up tooling quickly and follow processes for clean data creation
Professional and positive demeanor with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Ability to prioritize and execute in a reactive, ambiguous high-pressure environment
