About the role
- Lead the digitization of manufacturing processes and related business processes for the production and delivery of products manufactured by Genetec
- Implement Industry 4.0 principles, including connecting our various business systems and data to gain better real-time visibility into manufacturing operations, inventories, and the supply chain
- Develop a connected ecosystem with our manufacturing partners and supply chain partners
- Design and implement a cost control and tracking system for all products manufactured by Genetec
- Establish and maintain a dashboard of key performance indicators related to manufacturing activities (inventories, deliveries, operations, etc.)
- Develop and deploy tools that combine manufacturing data with operational information from the ERP, supply chain, customer service, and other enterprise systems to improve visibility and generate insights for all manufactured products
- Improve the digital maturity across our entire manufacturing chain, including the supply chain and product delivery
- Increase automation of daily operations, manufacturing transactions, and the product delivery process
- Eliminate waste
Requirements
- More than 10 years of relevant experience in electronic manufacturing
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering; a degree in business administration is a strong asset
- Determined, results-oriented personality
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in process mapping
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite, including advanced Excel skills
- Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written (this role involves interactions with international colleagues and clients)
