About the role

  • Gather analysis, reporting, and presentation requirements from various stakeholders within the CX organization and translate them into technical specifications
  • Design and deliver reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and visualizations, ensuring data integrity from multiple sources
  • Extract, compile, and aggregate data from multiple sources and present it in a clear, intuitive format for inclusion in reports and presentations
  • Gather requirements for recurring reports to automate them in Power BI and assist with testing once developed
  • Develop and execute test plans, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve BI reports and dashboards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and internal technical teams (e.g., Digital Information) to ensure timely delivery of data models, clear communication, and removal of roadblocks
  • Support the generation of one-time and ad hoc reports based on data from various sources
  • Work cross-functionally with different departments to ensure report accuracy
  • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on upcoming deliverables

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Finance, or Business with a background in operational analysis, or equivalent experience
  • More than 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • More than 3 years of experience in reporting or analytics
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Good time management and prioritization skills
  • Customer-focused
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Self-motivated to work in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken (this role requires interactions with our international colleagues and clients)
