Genetec seeks a Sales Development Representative to enable sales and marketing to accelerate pipeline and bookings growth.
Responsible for identifying and generating new qualified opportunities and creating new business pipeline by qualifying active buying interest and identifying decision makers.
Become highly proficient using lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator to extract contacts and create targeted prospect lists.
Execute prospecting plans using email, phone, and social touches.
Manage conversations with executives and decision makers to schedule sales meetings.
Assist Account Executives by moving qualified leads through the sales cycle.
Manage inbound leads with a prioritization strategy.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business or related area preferred but not required
Prior Sales Development (SDR) experience or other customer-oriented background (support, customer service) preferred but not required
