Lead and optimize planning cycles for the Infrastructure Engineering organization, including H1/ H2 and quarterly strategic and operational planning
Coordinate and drive program execution reviews, providing transparent progress reporting to leadership and stakeholders
Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and program teams to align roadmaps and resolve dependencies
Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional leads to define program scope, objectives, key milestones, deliverables, and measurable success metrics for ongoing and future engineering initiatives
Proactively manage risks and drive the development of clear communication frameworks to ensure alignment, transparency, and stakeholder engagement throughout the program lifecycle.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in software engineering organizations
Several years of experience as a TPM or in a comparable role, with a track record of delivering complex, cross-functional infrastructure programs end-to-end
Experience leading structured planning cycles (e.g., quarterly, H1/H2) and operating reviews in a large engineering organization
Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to ambiguous and/or changing priorities
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to influence without direct authority and build trust across diverse teams
Deep understanding of modern software development practices, toolchains, and developer workflows
Strong technical skills, including the ability to discuss system architectures, evaluate tradeoffs, and engage deeply with engineers on technical topics.
