About the role

  • Drive strategic and operational planning (Objectives, Metrics, scorecards, quarterly business reviews, executive updates)
  • Partner with the Sr. Director to set priorities, track progress, and ensure accountability across EXP teams
  • Lead the day-to-day business operations of the EXP team including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual operating rhythm of the leadership team
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships across Autodesk, ensuring alignment and visibility into Enterprise Experience initiatives
  • Plan / execute cross organization engagement opportunities amongst the senior and extended leadership team cohorts
  • Drive end-to-end planning and delivery of enterprise-wide programs across cross functional teams
  • Ensure cross-org programs are prioritized, resourced, and linked to measurable business outcomes and key results
  • Identify risks, resolve issues, and adapt plans in response to changing requirements
  • Define and track KPIs to measure impact, efficiency, and adoption of enterprise tools and services
  • Partner with engineering, IT, and business leaders to deliver scalable and reliable solutions that empower Autodesk employees globally
  • Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to senior leaders

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in technical program management, service management, and/or enterprise operations management
  • 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional, large-scale programs in distributed and global organizations
  • Proven experience in enterprise IT, employee experience platforms, collaboration tools, and/or digital workplace services
  • Strong data analysis, prioritization, and communication skills
  • Experience in planning and driving organizational requirements (OKRs, QBRs, executive updates) and working directly with senior leadership
  • BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with developing and/or managing enterprise collaboration platforms (Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Outlook)
  • Strong background in organizational operations, planning, or business operation capacity
  • Track record of influencing cross functional stakeholders and driving alignment across technical and non-technical teams
