Build, manage and own data pipelines to collect, cleanse and transform data from various sources into foundational datasets.
Own visualizations that calculate the company’s topline KPIs, collaborating closely with AV PMs.
Ensure data reliability (quality, security) & regulation compliance (privacy, governance).
Build strong partnerships with stakeholders (Data Science & ML teams) and collaborate to deliver cross functional projects.
Use cloud technologies to own, design, implement, and test scalable data systems in the cloud.
Champion engineering excellence by continuously improving systems and processes.
Actively participate in team’s planning, code reviews and design discussions.
Conduct technical interviews and onboard and mentor junior engineers

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems / related field or relevant experience.
5+ years working with big data systems – Data lake / Data Warehouse / Lakehouse using cloud technologies (Azure, GCP, AWS)
5+ years working with ETL / ELT, data modeling, Python (or similar), SQL.
Expert in building and optimizing data pipelines and infrastructure
Hands on experience in orchestrating automated workflows or batch jobs.
Hands-on experience and expertise with visualization tools (Hex, power BI, or similar).
