About the role
- Supervise GM site security leaders and provide quality assurance oversight
- Support security and fire protection operational activities
- Advise business unit and site leadership on compliance
- Initiate continuous improvement activities for security and fire protection services
- Partner with GM Security Technology for system upgrades
Requirements
- Five years of progressively responsible, security related experience
- Working knowledge of video surveillance systems, access control and security systems
- Ability to facilitate implementation of corporate policies
- Proficient with Microsoft programs
- Analytical, planning, organizational and project management skills
- Ability to travel up to 10%
