About the role
- Analyze complex people data and deliver clear, actionable insights to support strategic talent decisions across multiple business units.
- Work independently to determine the best analytical approach for each project, while collaborating closely with People Analytics Consultants.
- Present findings and recommendations to business leaders in a compelling, accessible way.
- Support projects related to organizational health, hiring and retention, workforce planning, employee experience, and more.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of People Analytics solutions by sharing feedback and ideas.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing work that drives the greatest impact for the business.
Requirements
- 3+ years of client-facing (internal or external) People Analytics, or Human Capital Consulting experience
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in inferential statistics (e.g., correlation, regression) and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, R, or Python.
- Solid understanding of HR data and employee lifecycle processes (talent acquisition, development, workforce planning, employee listening, etc.).
- Strong data analytics skills with the ability to leverage multiple internal and external data sources to enable data-driven insights and inform strategic talent decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings to business leaders.
- Bachelor’s degree with a quantitative focus (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, IO Psychology) and/or a degree in HR is a plus.
