About the role

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of HR projects of varying scope and complexity.
  • Create and manage project plans, risks, timelines, budgets, and status updates.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment, ensuring project goals, roles, and decisions are clear.
  • Facilitate decision-making by preparing clear recommendations, options, and impact analyses.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for project stakeholders across HR and the enterprise.
  • Lead effective project meetings, workshops, and working sessions.
  • Support change management activities including readiness assessments, communications, training, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Track and measure project performance and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, organizational development, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of project management experience within HR, Operations, or large-scale transformation environments.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from discovery through delivery.
  • Experience using project management tools.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous problems into structured work plans and clear deliverables.
