About the role
- Provide management and support of the team focused on enabling the integration of video services into the DoD as part of DISA GVS business area
- Provide a combination of remote (20%) and onsite (80%) support in Fort Meade, Maryland, or Chantilly, VA
- Drive the success of multiple concurrent efforts
- Coordinate and conduct meetings, ensuring that tasking and action items are tracked and executed
- Prepare detailed schedules, project estimates, and status reports
- Review deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Analyze new and complex project-related problems, creating innovative solutions
Requirements
- 5+ years of related experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Active Secret Security Clearance
- Proven risk management capabilities
- Experience in developing comprehensive project documentation and status reports
- Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, growth-focused environment
- Ability to motivate teams to perform exceptionally over long stretches of time and in challenging situations
- Comfort with public speaking and giving presentations
