Requirements

- 7+ years of related experience
- US Citizenship Required: Yes
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in product management within a scaled Agile or SAFe organization
- Demonstrated experience in product strategy and development
- Proven ability to manage multiple full product lifecycles from discovery to delivery
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Stakeholder management experience
- Analytical mindset with a focus on user-centric approaches
- Technical background to help drive engineering deliverables
- Core product skills: hypothesis driven development, data-driven results, user-centered thinking, collaboration with UX teams, strategic roadmapping and prioritization, Agile methodologies and practices, day-to-day backlog and delivery management, data-driven decision making
- Leadership and relationship building: mobilize cross-functional teams, drive business value, align product initiatives with business goals, navigate complex client ecosystems, identify new business opportunities, influence internal stakeholders and client executives
- Public Trust/Other Required: BI Full 6C (T4)
- Travel Required: Less than 10%
