About the role
- Help manage customer requests and provide solutions to system issues
- Provide software support for Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System (NSIPS)
- Assist customers and resolve problems across various business areas

Requirements
- HS Diploma
- 2+ years providing technical assistance and solutions in a technical call center or similar helpdesk position
- Navy personnel systems experience desired; NSIPS software expertise highly desired
- Secret clearance required
