Occasionally assist the Sr Dir of Corporate Accounts with a demonstration or onboarding.
Generate accurate forecasts for the territory based on assessment of your territory’s pipeline.
Meeting or exceeding assigned sales objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Requirements
A minimum of 2 years of field sales experience closing new business in aesthetics.
A network of likeminded successful aesthetic representatives to partner with.
Experience in planning a strategy, budget and implementation plan to achieve targets and closing complex sales with quotas in excess of $1.5M annually.
Demonstrated expertise and experience in the ability to lead and handle people tactfully, diplomatically and fairly, with empowerment emphasis and awareness of preventive conflict management.
