About the role

  • Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including but not limited to customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Create engaging and high-quality content for various digital channels, including website, blog, social media, and email, to attract and engage target audiences.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels such as SEM, paid social, display advertising, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and more.
  • Conduct A/B testing and utilize data-driven insights to refine campaign strategies and improve performance metrics.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs, such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and LTV, and provide regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders.
  • Utilize analytical tools and platforms to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement data-driven strategies to optimize ad creatives, targeting parameters, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct audience research and segmentation to identify key customer segments and tailor marketing campaigns to effectively reach and engage target audiences.
  • Utilize audience targeting capabilities across digital marketing platforms to deliver personalized and relevant messaging to specific customer segments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing, preferably in a B2B and/or Agency environment.
  • Proven track record of designing, implementing, and optimizing successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and experience with testing and optimization tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data and insights in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
