• Effectively manage schedule, expenses, territory and workload by creating efficient routes
• Ensure timely and accurate uploads of daily work assignments
• Review materials and process work assignments in a timely fashion
• Maintain accurate and complete paperwork and equipment's accuracy and functionality
• Abide by the rules and regulations required for service of process in California
• Conduct all duties of a route-based process serving operation
• Maintain a safe vehicle, assigned equipment, and registrations
• Report issues with orders or locations in accordance with developed procedures
• Fill out paperwork properly, taking detailed notes of every attempt on every work order
• Respond and collaborate on department and specific order-based emails
• Deal with confrontation in a calm and professional manner
• Maintain location relations by being friendly, polite and respectful
• Work cross-functionally with other departments in the office
• Sign and return documents in a timely manner
• Demonstrate discipline in following all active processes
• Demonstrate accuracy, dependability and consistency with work assignments and expectations
• Communicate effectively
• Demonstrate street smarts when in the field
• Other duties as assigned
