About the role
- Supporting the People Group HR BPs in all aspects of operations, with a focus on analytics, data, and reporting.
- Provide operational and analytical support on routine and ad-hoc projects and initiatives to drive the PG's priorities and meet the needs of our stakeholders.
- Collaborating on cross-functional teams to drive planning, monitoring and execution of various projects and initiatives supported by the team.
- Assisting in planning, project management, and read-outs of key initiatives, special projects, programs, and events.
- Collaborating across HR (PG) and cross-functional teams to identify and aggregate relevant content to drive progress on key initiatives.
- Synthesizing cross functional data, examining and identifying key trends, and presenting relevant findings in clear, succinct reports and presentations.
- Providing routine and ad-hoc reporting support to track and evaluate effectiveness and efficiency of HR processes in driving organizational priorities.
- Crafting results presentations for senior management that provide key business insights.
- Conducting external and internal research, leveraging industry trends and best practices to support internal priorities and benchmark efforts.
- Providing reporting and analysis for key HR initiatives such as performance management and budgeting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience
- Three or more years of relevant work experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and oral communications with ability to story-tell business and human resources analytics and executive-level reports and presentations
- Strong Excel and MS Office applications skills with ability to create effective PowerPoint presentations and excel analyses
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Insurance operations and key metrics (preferred)
- Ability to smooth out collaboration across groups, challenge decisions, question judgment, and voice concerns (preferred)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, and/or PowerPoint, and/or Power BI (preferred)
