About the role

  • Manage assigned accounts and serve as their primary point of contact
  • Ensure long-lasting client relationships
  • Regularly engage with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address inquiries
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
  • Work closely with the territory manager to develop and execute sales plans
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region/territory
  • Monitor key performance indicators for assigned accounts
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders
  • Operate in compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards
  • Negotiate purchase agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in B2B sales
  • Proven experience in account management, technical B2B sales or in a similar client-facing role
  • Must be willing/able to travel 75% of the time
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Working knowledge of MS Office products and SAP C4C
