About the role
- Manage assigned accounts and serve as their primary point of contact
- Ensure long-lasting client relationships
- Regularly engage with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address inquiries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Work closely with the territory manager to develop and execute sales plans
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region/territory
- Monitor key performance indicators for assigned accounts
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders
- Operate in compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards
- Negotiate purchase agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in B2B sales
- Proven experience in account management, technical B2B sales or in a similar client-facing role
- Must be willing/able to travel 75% of the time
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Working knowledge of MS Office products and SAP C4C
