About the role
- Architect and execute comprehensive data fabric and AI roadmap aligned to Wind priorities
- Lead deployment of AI, GenAI, and VLM models
- Leverage manufacturing and supply chain expertise to implement ML-driven optimization
- Execute comprehensive upskilling program to elevate GenAI capabilities across Wind business
- Apply Lean/Agile methodologies to build large-scale data products and Enterprise AI applications
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience across Data, Analytics, Digital Technology, Software, or AI
- Strong software engineering leadership background
- Proven experience building, leading, and developing global teams of senior leaders
- Experience applying data, analytics, or AI solutions within manufacturing or supply chain environments
