About the role

  • Responsible for the management of offshore (in Saudi) supply chain of a program consisting of multiple project portfolios from PO creation to goods receipt, warranties, etc.
  • Manage local content requirements and reporting
  • Define, execute, monitor, and deliver all localization related initiatives and commitments to the customer and local authorities
  • Assess all necessary Localization initiatives, evaluate effectiveness of current strategy
  • Manage the purchase order creation and revision for offshore purchases
  • Develop the procurement tool Power BI according to the program expectation
  • Collaborate closely with GEV's Sourcing organization to define and manage progress plans

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited university
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in Project Supply Chain / Procurement Management
  • Experience in leading and managing strategy for local content and localization programs
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills (data processing)
  • The legal right to work in KSA without company sponsorship or time restriction
