About the role
- 员工面向客户负责赢得业务,在遵循公司合规和工作流程的条件下,执行标准的销售任务。
- 负责渠道、客户和区域的销售任务。
- 向合作伙伴和分销商销售或通过其进行销售，可能包括渠道销售支持和渠道开发职责。
- 扩大对销售区域、产品线、市场、销售流程或客户群体的认识，以执行政策/策略并不断培养更高水平的知识和技能。
- 理解关键业务驱动力的基础知识，运用该理解完成工作并与其他团队协同贡献。
- 在定义框架内进行决策，并以良好的商业知识和判断力解决在规定程序中遇到的问题；就超出定义说明/参数的问题咨询更高级团队成员。
- 建立牢固的客户关系并充当客户与 GE HealthCare 之间的接口；向他人介绍技术信息。
Requirements
- 三年以上渠道管理经验
- 学历水平相当于从正规高等院校取得学士学位
- 优秀的口头和书面沟通能力
- 优秀的人际关系和领导能力
- 能够独立工作
- 较强的解决问题能力
