About the role
- Provide support on pre- and post-contractual administration & management
- Manage claims and risk modeling activities to support contracts or projects
- Assure timely resolution of customer issues and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts
- Act as liaison between internal organizations and customers for assigned contracts
