About the role
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair on customer equipment
- Perform installation, validation and maintenance on assigned equipment
- Lead, instruct and assist less experienced Field Engineers
- Own customer issues from dispatch or identification of issue to resolution
- Maintain relationships with customers and ensure timely communication
Requirements
- Associate degree in related field or equivalent military education and 6 years of experience servicing electronic equipment
- High school diploma/GED and 8 years of relevant experience
- Advanced technical capabilities in imaging equipment including troubleshooting, repair and installation
- Valid Driver’s License
- Experience with Web applications and Microsoft suite of products
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
