About the role
- Perform preventative maintenance, installations, troubleshooting, and repairs on medical equipment
- Assist customers in the use of instruments and systems
- Provide educational programs for customers as required
- Train customers on the use of computerized systems
- Troubleshoot customer complaints and perform necessary repairs
- Work with service engineering team members and other staff to develop effective solutions for complex customer requirements
- Conduct intake meetings at customer sites to understand needs and establish service plans
- Maintain appropriate documentation for services performed
Requirements
- Associates degree, Bachelor’s degree, military education or High School Diploma/GED with 6+ years of experience servicing electrical equipment
- 2+ years of experience servicing medical equipment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to be available after-hours and/or work a rotating on-call schedule, including weekends.
