About the role

  • Perform preventative maintenance, installations, troubleshooting, and repairs on medical equipment
  • Assist customers in the use of instruments and systems
  • Provide educational programs for customers as required
  • Train customers on the use of computerized systems
  • Troubleshoot customer complaints and perform necessary repairs
  • Work with service engineering team members and other staff to develop effective solutions for complex customer requirements
  • Conduct intake meetings at customer sites to understand needs and establish service plans
  • Maintain appropriate documentation for services performed

Requirements

  • Associates degree, Bachelor’s degree, military education or High School Diploma/GED with 6+ years of experience servicing electrical equipment
  • 2+ years of experience servicing medical equipment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to be available after-hours and/or work a rotating on-call schedule, including weekends.
