About the role
- The Operations Support Specialist will manage compliance Lifecycle management of test equipment with a goal of 100% compliance.
- Manage the Calibration Vendor activities such as calibration, tagging, initial release, repairs, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor the vendor to assure service delivery and metrics per contract.
- Drive the Supplier Quality Engineers to address vendor issues.
- Regularly report metrics back to internal customer groups.
- Manage relationships between GENPACT Process Leaders, Site Leader, and GE Healthcare Field Service Organization.
- Lead DCS Test equipment process improvement initiatives and drive national operational initiatives.
Requirements
- BS or BA degree and demonstrated process management experience; Or an AA degree and 2 years of experience in process management; Or 4 years process management experience
- Prior experience with Calibration standards and test equipment requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
