PC Lifecycle Program Manager to establish and deliver a full PC refresh capability for GE HealthCare's global fleet (70,000+ PCs)
Review the existing fleet for alignment to a 4-year refresh policy and develop an optimal approach
Ensure company priorities, financial commitments, acquisitions/divestitures, and organizational objectives are incorporated into the refresh program
Define and measure 'excellent' user experience for PC replacements and incorporate into a standard refresh model
Capture requirements for ServiceNow enhancements, develop a roadmap, and manage delivery
Manage refresh costs and support delivery within budget
Optimize inventory levels in global stock rooms and adjust refresh throughput based on stock
Develop metrics to report successful outcomes, timing, remaining pipeline, and spend
Ensure PC catalog meets user preferences, standardization, and cost objectives
Manage targeted communication campaigns to engage users in refresh groups
Globally homogenize refresh operations and consider Dell Lifecycle Hub for 93% of the fleet
Requirements
Bachelors degree in a related field with 6 years of experience OR HS diploma with 10 years of relevant experience OR Masters with 4 years and Associates with 8 years experience.
Strong knowledge of ITIL processes
Experience working in an operational environment
Familiarity with versatile implementation options
Demonstrates knowledge on technical topics, such as caching, APIs, data transfer, scalability, and security
