About the role
- Responsible for leading all information technology for a manufacturing plant
- Own performance, reliability, and availability of IT systems
- Partner with business and operations teams for digital improvements
- Design & implement roadmap for IT infrastructure & applications
- Proactively monitor network performance and escalate issues
- Build relationships with Central DT product teams for quicker resolution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 4 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 7 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 9 years of professional experience
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Manufacturing IT OR leading site-level IT operations within a plant environment
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
- Experience supporting ERP or MES environments (not owning apps, but coordinating/escalating effectively)
- Lean / Six Sigma exposure
