💰 $116,000 - $155,000 per year

About the role

  • Collaborate with the rest of the organization (Capacity & Readiness Process owners, S I OP team, planning, sourcing, Part families, Product lines...) to fully understand inter-connections and identify gaps in the processes
  • Ensure proper documentation ad flow down of requirements to achieve the Value Stream transformation
  • Create and own the integrated action plans to exceed key performance targets (including HK TTI s ) and systematically close capacity and readiness gaps
  • Translate data and assessments into a clear, accountable roadmap for the organization
  • Conduct regular process reviews to assess performance and adherence to standard work
  • Identify gaps, drive root-cause analysis, and ensure accountability for corrective actions
  • Define priorities for the teams and identify resource constraints; escalate to leadership when unable to resolve issues
  • Coach teams to develop process and standards that reduce waste within the Value Stream
  • Run Value Stream Analysis events (1 to 2 times a year)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in operations, planning, sourcing, inventory management or related experience)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, planning, sourcing, inventory management or related experience
  • Knowledge & experience with Flight Deck processes & tools
  • Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
  • Established project management skills
