About the role

  • Drive operational effectiveness, strategic alignment, and business performance for the Electrical Power organization
  • Partner with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Program teams for new product introduction
  • Lead large strategic projects and improve manufacturing capabilities
  • Develop Standard Work tools and procedures for Manufacturing Engineering organizations
  • Lead portfolio management of Chief Manufacturing Engineering (CME) initiatives
  • Act as primary interface between Manufacturing Engineering and Finance for cost management
  • Mentor and coach Engineering leaders on business operations and execution discipline
  • Foster a high-performance culture built on respect, accountability, and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 12 years of experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, and/or Operations)
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Engineering Leadership and/or Operations Leadership
  • This position requires U.S. citizenship status
