💰 $130,000 - $140,000 per year
About the role
- Lead a high-performance team of System Performance analysts and dynamic controls engineers
- Drive execution of NPI commitments and projects to be met on time and budget
- Resource plan to meet customer and internal deliverables
- Collaborate with program management teams in development of project expectations and execution
- Provide technical leadership to personnel supporting the assigned projects
- Mentor and give guidance to less experienced engineers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical field from an accredited College or University
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant systems engineering experience in aerospace or industrial products
- Minimum of 5 years of people leadership / team leadership experience
