About the role
- Responsible for maintaining the airworthiness of uncertified and certified aircraft engines
- Support and enable test plans for engine and aircraft certification
- Provide technical feedback and interface with various teams
- Manage spares through receiving, storage and shipment processes,
- Develop strong customer relationships and serve as the interface between customer and GE
- May have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework
Requirements
- Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or a high school diploma with relevant experience
- At least 3 years of experience in the repair and maintenance of Aircraft or Aircraft Engines
- Ability and willingness to work flexible and off-shift hours
- Ability and willingness to travel to and support operations at offsite locations
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
