About the role

  • Responsible for maintaining the airworthiness of uncertified and certified aircraft engines
  • Support and enable test plans for engine and aircraft certification
  • Provide technical feedback and interface with various teams
  • Manage spares through receiving, storage and shipment processes,
  • Develop strong customer relationships and serve as the interface between customer and GE
  • May have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework

Requirements

  • Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or a high school diploma with relevant experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in the repair and maintenance of Aircraft or Aircraft Engines
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible and off-shift hours
  • Ability and willingness to travel to and support operations at offsite locations
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
