Acts as a horizontal leader across the T&O organization and owns T&O finance ERP product
Accountable for all aspects of the end-to-end lifecycle of a Finance ERP product
Owns/influences budgets and operating plans
Connects teams and processes across T&O organization to simplify and modernize the way T&O GE Aerospace does business
Responsible for stable and secure operations across the T&O ERP finance landscape
Creates the strategic roadmap for the T&O ERP finance product
Coordinates work of several parallel teams to deliver on higher-level outcomes
Responsible for transparent delivery and maximizing returns
Focus on execution for the duration of a product release
Embraces new technology such as AI to introduce new ways of thinking and working in ERP finance business processes
Recruits and develops world-class global technical talent in the GE Aerospace Digital Technology organization
Establishes and facilitates processes for decision making, process flows and handoffs
Acts as a practitioner and coach of FLIGHT DECK, GE Aerospace’s proprietary Lean Operating System
Leverages deep ERP Finance process/domain expertise
Influences key stakeholders in design and planning decisions
Drives the development of ERP finance products
Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve ERP finance product, processes or services
Leads functional teams and projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity
Communicates complex messages and negotiates mainly internally with others to adopt a different point of view

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 10 years of professional experience OR associate's degree with minimum of 13 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 15 years of professional experience
Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Finance product planning, development, operations and support
Military experience is equivalent to professional experience
Must have 5-10 years of management experience
Must have 10 years of Oracle EBS experience
