About the role

  • Lead transition of complex GE products and services from development to operational deployment
  • Drive planning, execution, and closure of Entry Into Service (EIS) projects for new products, services, and major upgrades
  • Collaborate extensively with engineering, manufacturing, sales, product management, and customer service teams
  • Serve as primary point of contact for key customers during the EIS phase
  • Identify and implement improvements to the EIS process, methodologies, and tools
  • Manage and optimize the allocation of resources to support EIS initiatives
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for EIS projects
  • Ensure adequate training and documentation are provided to customers and internal teams
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with all internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related technical field
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in project management, service delivery, or operations within a complex technical environment
  • Strong understanding of complex industrial products, systems, or software
  • Project Management Certification: PMP or equivalent certification preferred
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems and make sound decisions under pressure
  • Strong customer-centric approach with a track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required (up to 25%)
  • Familiarity with General Electric’s product portfolio and internal processes (preferred)
