Requirements

  • BS and/or other advanced degree in aerospace, mechanical, chemical, materials, or electrical engineering or computer science preferred
  • Minimum 7 years of experience drafting and prosecuting high quality strategic U.S. and global patent applications
  • Demonstrated understanding, command, and engagement with U.S. patent laws and regulations
  • Must be registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office
  • Law Degree from an accredited law school, and must be a member in good standing of the bar of at least one U.S. state
