Lead supplier qualifications, action plans, audits, and performance monitoring
Mentor suppliers in the application of quality tools & requirements
Ensure compliance and drive improvement plans where needed
Review documentation and witness supplier practices to determine if sound manufacturing and inspection principles are in place
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Shop Operations, Supply Chain Materials or Sourcing
A minimum of 3 years' experience in Quality or Manufacturing Engineering
Demonstrated experience working with Composites
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
Established project management skills
Background in supplier quality and supplier management
Experience managing quality or manufacturing teams
Strong interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems through root cause corrective action
Must have U.S. Person status as defined by the Immigration and Naturalization Act
