About the role
- Analyze product requirements and participate in test planning
- Design, maintain, and execute test cases and test scenarios
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and, when needed, automated testing
- Document and track defects in the bug tracking system
- Collaborate closely with developers and other teams to resolve issues promptly
- Participate in daily stand-ups and other team meetings
- Analyze test results and prepare reports for the team and management
- Uphold high product quality standards and suggest improvements to testing processes
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in manual testing
- Experience in testing fintech products or transaction-based systems
- Understanding of transaction processing, payments, and banking operations
- Experience in writing test cases, test plans, and using bug tracking systems
- Knowledge of key testing types: functional, regression, integration
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Good communication skills to collaborate with development and analytics teams
- Experience with Postman, API testing
- Spoken English at B1–B2+ level
- Would be a plus: Knowledge of SQL and working with databases
- Familiarity with transaction monitoring and payment system logs
