Engineer

• Perform site surveys in order to engineer, furnish and Install (EF&I) equipment in a Data Center or Central Office environment
• Develop documents including Engineer Packages, MOP's (Method of Procedure), Cut-sheets and BOM's (Bill of Materials) for installation projects
• Act as customer contact for installation services of equipment nationwide and direct installation forces on equipment installation and second level support
• Develop and submit RFQ (Request for Quote) for customer projects and provide LOE and equipment lists for projects
• Work with Sales Managers and Project Mangers to develop quotes and pricing models for customer projects
• Develop scoping documents including Installation Scope, BOM (Bill of Materials) and hours required for installation
• Have knowledge and understanding of the material ordering and receiving processes for material orders
• Perform work in central office spaces understanding the requirements and policies working in a live system environment
• Ability to travel

Detail Engineer

Architect

• The Enterprise Architect will facilitate the establishment and execution of the architectural roadmap for Managed and Professional Services. The Enterprise Architect will drive solutions that fulfil GDT client needs and align with GDT's vision and strategy. They will create custom solutions only when required.
• They apply business strategy while driving technology and IT strategy, balancing short-term and long-term client needs to ensure that the architecture can scale and evolve accordingly.
• They leverage an end-to-end approach by connecting all the pieces of data to deliver solutions while leveraging all available assets.
• They provide advice, guidance, direction, and authorization to carry out major plans and procedures to ensure schedule attainment, design and process adherence, and performance and budget targets are met.
• Their primary focus is on building end-to-end objectively measurable technology and IT solutions, using GDT solution elements, that are tightly aligned to client business requirements.
• They take an active role in the performance management process by completing goal setting, interim review, and year-end review on a timely basis and soliciting ongoing feedback.
• Provides support to GDT clients across their enterprise infrastructure and management platforms to ensure realization of optimal and efficient systems.
• Responsible for upkeep and maintenance of GDT clients’ solutions made up of data, networks, services and tools.
• Responsible for overseeing, improving and updating enterprise technologies, capabilities, tooling, hardware, software and licensing.
• Requires complex thinking and strategizing to ascertain which legacy systems can be optimized, what software or hardware functionality can be modernized, and which services or products will support current/future state business strategies across each department.
• Work across the organization, determining the needs of a range of client operations and processes.
• Provide financial and operational improvement metrics for Clients, demonstrating improved business outcomes and impact.

Principal Architect

Customer Support

• GDT Sales Support Specialist works closely with Account Executives to build and maintain a successful and continued relationship with GDT’s client base with the goal of increasing client satisfaction and contributing to the growth of the business.
• In this role, you will provide the essential day-to-day facilitation of post sales activities.
• Key Responsibilities: Building quote configurations in the Cisco Configuration Tool and preparing the POs in SAP; Communicating with partners, vendors, and suppliers to confirm pricing and availability of product.
• Coordinating with GDT’s logistics and purchasing teams to provide tracking information to the customer and implementation teams.
• Assist with RFQ entry and RFP documentation.
• Create and submit expense reports, return material processing and tracking, aging and commission reports.

Sales Support Specialist

Sales Operations Manager

• The Sales Operations Manager is a key contributor to critical sales operations functions including bookings budget planning, sales compensation, Salesforce CRM oversight, sales forecasting, sales administrator enablement, sales performance management, and sales analytics in support of GDT’s growth strategy
• This role requires advanced customer service and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to partner with cross-functional teams and leadership to drive process efficiencies and maturation
• Oversee Salesforce CRM processes, usage, and governance for Sales Operations, partnering with Information Technology, Sales, and other departments as needed to support system requirements
• Partner with the Sales Administrator (S3) team to coordinate enablement and process / systems improvement opportunities within a cross functional team
• Utilize strong analytical skills to participate in sales and GAAP forecasting, sales performance management process, Tuesday sales meeting cadence, quarterly business review preparation, and board meeting preparation as needed
• Create ad-hoc analyses and reports as needed in support of the sales organization
