Account Manager

• Support Account Managers in identifying, qualifying, and targeting prospective clients in key markets
• Assist in developing proposals, preparing presentations, coordinating demos, and following up on sales opportunities
• Help manage assigned accounts by responding to client inquiries and ensuring timely internal follow-up
• Partner with internal teams (sales operations, engineering, finance, etc.) to support client needs
• Maintain accurate CRM records, track pipeline activity, and assist with reporting
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to develop consultative selling skills
• Assist with renewals, upsell opportunities, and customer satisfaction initiatives
• Work toward individual performance goals with a clear path to full Account Manager responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize security solutions across managed customer environments
• Support SIEM, EDR/XDR, vulnerability management, firewall, and cloud security controls
• Participate in incident response and post-incident reviews
• Establish secure architecture standards and best practices
• Conduct security posture assessments and risk reviews
• Provide actionable remediation guidance
• Mentor and guide engineers working on security initiatives
• Help define repeatable security processes and delivery standards

Security Engineering Manager

• The Level 2 Engineer provides intermediate technical support in a professional manner
• Responsible for the provisioning, deployment, and ongoing operations and maintenance of all managed network services for customers and internal customers
• Provide client consultation: perform analyses of customer security needs and recommend, design, and implement secure server and network environments
• Provide technology support: install, maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot servers, networks, firewalls, VPNs, and other security products, providing solutions to complex hardware/software problems including testing
• Effectively communicate security policy and technology issues and product capabilities through both high-quality written documents unstructured interviews to all levels of client
• Keep up to date with network security issues and products

Senior Engineer

• Provides basic technical support in a professional manner
• Resolves customer issues and closes tickets efficiently
• Ensures that the customer relationship is managed through proactive customer communications
• Achieving certain prescribed, measurable performance goals on a daily basis

MS Engineer

• The Level 2 Engineer provides intermediate technical support in a professional manner.
• Responsible for provisioning, deployment, and ongoing operations and maintenance of all managed network services.
• Work the networking ticket queue and directly support customer escalations.
• Provide client consultation: perform analyses of customer security needs and recommend, design, and implement secure server and network environments.
• Provide technology support: install, maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot servers, networks, firewalls, VPNs, and other security products.
