About the role
- spearhead social media strategies for clients and the company
- ensure posts are grammatically correct, align with brand guidelines, and gain client approval
- measure channel growth and conversion points month over month
- provide actionable insights and recommendations based on experience
- evaluate fit after 45 days and quarterly thereafter
Requirements
- 75% time executing client social strategies (FB, LI, IG, TW, Snapchat, TikTok)
- 25% time executing GBS strategies
- content calendaring
- creating social posts
- sending creative requests for social content
- community management
- weekly and monthly reporting for both paid and organic performance
- meeting with platform reps, testing new features, making recommendations
