Financial Planning and Analysis

• Lead the annual budgeting process and its periodic revisions (forecast).
• Perform variance analyses (budget vs. actual), assessing margins, costs, operating expenses (OPEX), and profitability by area/product.
• Support the development of financial models for short-, medium-, and long-term projections.
• Prepare management reports and dashboards with financial KPIs, ensuring clarity and executive-level storytelling for leadership.
• Support the executive team in decision-making using structured financial data and critical analyses.
• Monitor performance indicators and propose improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Work closely with business units to understand goals, challenges, and financial impacts.

• Lead meetings with leaders to gather and understand the activities, responsibilities, and requirements of roles, mapping and reviewing existing positions at three seniority levels (Junior, Mid-level and Senior);
• Work with leaders to develop complete job descriptions, ensuring clarity and alignment with the role profile and Gaudium's culture;
• Consult CBO codes (Brazilian Occupational Classification) for roles to include in the descriptions;
• Suggest improvements to the project, seeking greater clarity, objectivity, and alignment.
