About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct process mapping and diagnostics, identifying opportunities for improvement and recommended actions.
Lead end-to-end improvement projects, from problem framing and structuring through implementation and monitoring of results.
Establish and monitor performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring alignment with area objectives, and develop dashboards with actionable metrics to support decision-making.
Ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of data used in processes, indicators, and automations.
Implement automations and technological solutions, including the use of Artificial Intelligence, to increase efficiency and drive operational advancement.
Operate in ambiguous contexts by structuring problems, engaging stakeholders, and promoting adoption of process and workflow management tools and practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in process mapping and implementing process improvements with measurable impact.
Experience in process automation using automation platforms, triggers, workflows, and integrations between systems.
Knowledge of process modeling and management tools.
Analytical, data-oriented profile.
Organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Nice to have:
Experience in technology companies or fast-paced environments.
Knowledge of programming languages for automation (e.g., Google Apps Script, Python, or similar).
Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar).
