About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels, focusing on demand generation and performance;
Manage activities across the marketing funnel, ensuring consistency between acquisition, nurturing, and conversion;
Analyze campaign and channel metrics, proposing continuous, data-driven improvements;
Design and optimize automation workflows and audience segmentation to improve campaign efficiency;
Conduct tests (A/B, channels, approaches), evaluate results, and implement learnings;
Collaborate with teams such as Sales and Product, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution;
Participate in department processes and projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field;
At least 5 years of experience in performance marketing and demand generation;
Experience with marketing funnels and marketing automation;
Experience with content marketing and digital media;
Familiarity with AI tools applied to marketing;
Knowledge of tools such as HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Semrush;
Experience in B2B marketing;
Analytical, data-driven mindset;
Strong communication and organizational skills;
Proactive and able to work in dynamic environments.
Preferred:
Experience in SaaS or technology companies;
Experience in the mobility, delivery, or marketplace sectors.
