• Lead B2B sales: You will take full ownership of our entire B2B area — from strategic prioritization and operational execution to pipeline management.
• Key Account Management: You will manage our most important key account — a leading German purchasing cooperative — and maintain the relationship.
• Win new buying groups: You will drive access to the next strategic targets in the industry.
• Develop direct customers: You will systematically expand existing direct customers and acquire new accounts in office supplies and e-commerce.
• Open up the manufacturing sector: You will identify companies with needs for custom magnet solutions and win them as direct customers through cold outreach.
• Hands-on acquisition: You will make 40+ of your own cold calls per week.
• Team building: In the medium term you will lead an SDR who will back you up on outbound acquisition.
